Youssef el Harchaoui, attorney at law, is a member of the Employment & Benefits Practice Group in the Netherlands. He has 8 years of experience advising on all-round employment law, with a particular focus on the employment law aspects of M&A-deals and restructurings, co-determination procedures, and dismissal of managing directors and other top management.
Youssef’s temporary engagement of almost two years with Loyens & Loeff’s M&A department allows him to adequately take into account the commercial angles of an M&A deal as well when providing his assistance from an employment law perspective.
Youssef also has expert knowledge on the employment aspects surrounding insolvency or potential insolvency, and as such is also a member of the firm-wide Insolvency team. He has also been involved in several reorganisations and restructuring processes.
