Robin Moser, attorney at law, is a partner in our Zurich office. He focuses on domestic and international dispute resolution and has broad experience in representing clients in court, before federal and cantonal authorities and arbitral tribunals.
Robin heads our Swiss Litigation and Risk Management practice group. He specialises in domestic and cross-border dispute resolution (litigation, white-collar crime, investigations and commercial arbitration) in a broad range of areas. His clients include banks, funds, multinationals and high-net-worth Individuals.
Robin has substantial experience in handling commercial disputes, asset recovery and enforcement matters, M&A disputes and criminal cases. Recent work highlights include representing:
- an art broker in a litigation relating to an allegedly forged Picasso masterpiece;
- a North American industrial company in an ICC arbitration against a supplier;
- a private equity fund in asset recovery and criminal proceedings in relation to an investment in a company which in fact ran a Ponzi scheme.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff Robin worked at a leading Swiss law firm. He regularly publishes articles and writes newsletter on topics of interest within his area of practice.
