Marcel Buur is a partner in Loyens & Loeff’s corporate tax practice in our Amsterdam and Rotterdam office. He is a member of Loyens & Loeff’s dedicated Transactional Tax team and is part of the Tax Opinion Committee.
Marcel’s clients include a broad range of (listed) Dutch and foreign multinationals, investment banks and institutional investors. He has almost 20 years of experience advising on corporate income tax, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and tax governance.
From 2010 to 2014 he headed the tax practice in our London office.
