Eveline Hellebuyck is a counsel in our Brussels office and a member of Loyens & Loeff’s Banking & Finance practice group in Belgium. She has extensive experience in banking and finance, and financial and regulatory matters.
Eveline specialises in the legal and regulatory aspects of supervision of financial markets and securities law. She advises companies, banks, insurance companies, and funds and their investors on financial supervision and acts as Belgian counsel to these parties in a variety of public and private equity and debt offerings. She also assists clients with take-overs of financial institutions.
