Dorien Surinx, attorney at law, is a member of the Litigation & Risk Management practice group in our Brussels office. She is also a member of the Data Protection Team.
Dorien specialises in data protection and privacy, ICT law (software contracts, apps and e-commerce), intellectual property law (copyrights and trademarks) and media law. She has a particular interest in (direct) marketing and FinTech.
She regularly publishes in these fields and has been appointed teaching assistant at the Centre for IT and IP Law (CITIP) at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium).
