Thomas Lenné

Partner - Attorney at Law

Thomas is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in our Brussels office. He advises on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

His practice focuses on corporate M&A and private equity work. Thomas represents corporate clients, private equity funds and other financial investors in their investments, add ons, portfolio assistance (including restructuring advice) and exit transactions, often with an international dimension.

He works across several sectors, such as energy & infrastructure, life sciences and technology.

Thomas is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars. He is recognised, and has been recognised consistently since many years, in his field of expertise by Chambers & Partners (Global & Europe) and The Legal 500. He was also elected twice as Belgian M&A lawyer of the year in the Client Choice Awards.
