Roderik Beckers, tax adviser, is a member of the Executive Board of Loyens & Loeff N.V. since October 2022. Together with Harmen Holtrop he makes up the Executive Board of Loyens & Loeff.
Roderik is a member of the firm’s Investment Management practice group and the Real Estate team, with a focus on private equity, real estate fund formation and transaction structuring.
Roderik advises mainly investment funds on the tax aspects of fund structuring, private equity M&A and real estate investments. He has broad experience in advising property investment funds, in the private as well as the listed sector (REITs). He has particular experience in the field of cross-border investment structuring involving the Benelux countries, France, Spain and Portugal.
Before being appointed as Executive Board member, Roderik served as non-executive member of the management board of Loyens & Loeff N.V. He worked at the Loyens & Loeff Paris office from 2001 through 2004 and headed the Paris tax team from 2009 through 2014.
