Jelmer is a board member of the Section Wage Tax and Social Security of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB). Jelmer is a lecturer in Wage Tax and Social Security at the University of Amsterdam, as well as for the Tax Adviser Training Foundation (SOB). He is also editor and co-author of a book regarding Wage Tax, which was published by Sdu.
