He specialises in advising national and international family-owned businesses, as well as directors and major shareholders, focusing on restructurings, business succession, assets and privacy protection, group financing and real estate. He is responsible for the innovation team, which focuses on tax incentives relating to innovation. He is a regular contributor to the Loyens & Loeff periodical “EU Tax Alert”.
