Arianne specialises in estate planning and advising high-net-worth individuals and focuses on, among other things, business transfers and family foundations/trusts.

In 2020 Arianne obtained her PhD in Tax Law, at Leiden University. Her research regards civil law and tax aspects of the separation of legal ownership of and control over assets, by way of (testamentary) administration, exchanging assets for depositary receipts (certificering) and trust(like) arrangements. Arianne regularly publishes on topics in the field of estate planning and the taxation of trusts/family foundations.

Arianne is also affiliated to the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam as endowed professor Estate Planning.
