These financings include:
(i) the financing by an alternative lender of certain acquisitions in the CityLink portfolio (CityLink is a partnership founded by HighBrook Investors and Proptimize focussing on urban logistics real estate for last mile solutions), and
(ii) the refinancing of certain properties in The Collection portfolio (The Collection is an initiative from HighBrook Investors and REB focussing on high-end office space across Amsterdam’s most prestigious monumental buildings), through a syndicated loan arranged by Deutsche Pfandbriefbank.
