In this co-investment, MEAG has acquired 50% of the shares in the holding vehicle of Fen Court, while Generali will continue to hold the other 50%.

Fen Court London is an iconic 40,500 sqm building in the heart of the City of London that was completed by Generali Real Estate in 2018.
