The transaction also involved a share repurchase by EPP N.V. from I Group and the delisting of the shares in EPP N.V. from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE Euro MTF).

This estimated R7.2bn added approximately R19.7 billion of total assets onto Redefines balance sheet.
