Patrón Spirits International AG holds the brand PATRÓN®, the world’s top-selling ultra-premium tequila. The transaction represents an enterprise value of USD 5.1 billion and follows a long and successful relationship between the parties starting with the acquisition of an initial minority stake in 2008.
