Maureen focusses on all-round employment law, with a particular focus on the employment aspects of M&A-deals and restructurings, co-determination procedures, dismissal of managing directors and other top management, and remuneration structures and sector-specific regulations on remuneration.
Given the clients she assists in specific sectors and her expertise in this regard, Maureen is a member of several firm-wide sector teams, such as the Healthcare Team, the Energy Team, the FinTech Team and the Food & Beverages Team.
Maureen is a frequent speaker at seminars and courses addressing various aspects of employment law. Maureen is the co-author of a book which deals with the new employment legislation which came into force in 2015. She is also co-author of a handbook on compliance for the healthcare sector.
